Groupe Renault is deploying the #HeForShe movement

In 2016, Groupe Renault joined forces with UN Women, the UN entity for gender equality and the empowerment of women (UN Women Committee, France).

To encourage more employees, particularly men, to get involved in gender equality issues, the company has decides to deploy the #HeForShe solidarity movement internally. Launched by Emma Watson in 2014 as part of an impassioned speech, this movement aims primarily to challenge and overcome gender bias.

The aims is to give everybody the opportunity to play an active role, through simple, practical actions. This will help to create a supportive environment where everybody is able to express their talent and that will therefore benefit collective performance.

Because, ultimately, if diversity is a reality, inclusion (≠exclusion) is a choice !
